Excellent customer service. I had some old bib wheels from the 80's that were broken and I didn't want to change out the entire bib although it would have been more economical to do so. I simply wanted to change out my old broken wheels / handles. I called and they advised they had some old stock. I drove across town to National Economy Plumbers and provided an old example of my broken wheel and they were able to match up 3 more. Exactly what i needed. Thanks for helping!!
