Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for travel time or trip charge?
We do have a trip charge when we send our technician to you, however, we’ll deduct it from your total bill if we fix what needs to be repaired.
What is your response time?
Our response time in after-hour emergencies is 60 minutes. For same-day appointments, we ask for a 2-hour lead time to make sure that we serve those who came in first and needs us the most. If the job you have at hand is not an emergency and our workload is already heavy we will ask you to schedule it the following day. If it is an emergency issue, we’ll move our schedule around to make way for you or do it at the earliest available time possible.
Why do I need a plumber to repair a leak?
You can read or watch tutorials on how to repair a leak but getting the help of the professionals can save you time and money in the long run. Our Memphis plumbing technicians have vast knowledge and experience in the repairs of leaks and other plumbing problems. They are trained to repair minor concerns that can turn into disasters if left unchecked.
What are the consequences of putting off plumbing repairs?
You may think that a dripping faucet is something that can be put off until later. Ignoring a simple plumbing problem can create a costly plumbing emergency in the future. Damages from water can be extensive affecting ceilings, walls, floors, and personal belongings. Water Damage could also lead to problems with mold and mildew. If you have any type of plumbing concerns it’s best to call an experienced plumber for any Memphis plumbing problems immediately.
One of the main consequences when putting off repairs is that precious water gets wasted. An accumulation of those tiny droplets can turn into gallons if neglected. Not only do you pay for water that you’ve used, but you also pay for water that becomes wasted.
Small leaks may seem tolerable, but they can become larger when ignored. This can cause flooding that can damage your floor, furniture, walls, and other personal belongings. You will need more than plumbing repair if that happens.
Another consequence is when mold and mildew form on your home’s woodwork from the moisture that comes with leaks and floods. Also, a cause for concern is when drains get clogged which can back up your sewer pipes. Exposure to these elements can have ill-effects on you and your family’s health.
Do you do gas Pipes repairs?
